ELIGIBILITY

To qualify, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be an American citizen or legal resident

  • Either have completed a four-year bachelor’s degree or will complete one by May 2023

  • Demonstrate a financial need

  • Apply to the law school application cycle for the Class of 2027 or 2028

COMPONENTS

Applicants will compile an application packet consisting of:

  • Resume, including personal information, such as name, address, and email address

  • Headshot, though not required to be a professional photo

  • Responses to the two following prompts in double-spaced 12-point Times New Roman: (1) A two-page maximum essay about why you would like to attend law school, and (2) a one-page maximum essay about your experience with financial hardship and how this fellowship will support your law school journey

  • Proof of financial need, either in the form of an LSAC fee waiver or tax returns

  • Unofficial transcripts for all degrees completed or in progress

  • If applicable, LSAC number and all prior LSAT score reports

We will not consider late applications or applications that do not follow the explicit instructions.
